2. How to pack and ship the item for return:

To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack the item in the original packaging and remember to include all tags for a full refund. We encourage you to protect yourself by insuring the return shipment. Save the receipt for your records. We regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement for any item that lost in shipping.

3. How to receive your refund:

To receive the fastest refund, please include your payment information, which will help us refund your money promptly. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account the day we process your return. We will issue a refund check for any items purchased by credit card, personal check, cashier’s check and money order the same day we process your return.

4. Please allow us at least 15 days to receive and process your return.
